Black Girls Level Up (BGLU) is more than a networking group—we are a movement. Based in Perth, Australia, our mission is to empower, connect, and elevate Black women through professional growth, personal development, and sisterhood. We provide a safe and inspiring space for ambitious Black women to share experiences, access mentorship, and build meaningful relationships. Whether you’re an entrepreneur, corporate leader, or creative visionary, BGLU is here to help you level up, break barriers, and thrive.

We would like to acknowledge the Traditional Owners and Custodians of this land, the Wjadjuk people and Noongar Nation and respects to Elders past and present.

As migrant women from former colonies, we recognise and resonate with the impact of colonisation on the First Nations people in Australia. We also recognise the wisdom, resilience, strength of the First Nations people who have cared for this land for thousands of generations. Their ways of Being, Knowing and Doing continue to shape our identities and engagement with community.
